Hello all future Gridiots!! My name is Patrick Williams, I am 47 years old and am born and raised in Western Pa!  Which is where I learned to love cooking and BBQ!

I am a father of 3 Zack, Brandon and Emma and I’ve been Married to my beautiful wife Kate for 9 years. I’ve founded several business’ over the years. I most recently CoFounded Axe & Sledge supplements, where I realized my true calling was to help younger people grow and move toward their life goals.

My love for cooking came at a young age where I learned some tips on cooking from my Italian grandma and her black iron skillet!  I then worked in a small Italian restaurant for an executive chef that was willing to teach me even more tricks of the trade in the kitchen. I always loved to grill out but now, since being introduced to my Blackstone, it’s been non stop cooking fun! Doesn’t matter if it’s 2 or 20 people, it’s always fun to griddle for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Gridiots (griddle idiots), is for anyone who has a passion for grilling, smoking or griddling! You don’t have to be an expert, you just need to have fun doing it! So keep us posted on all the cool cooking you do at #gridiots! And remember,
